Stretch and Body Rolling Class

I bet you were just thinking about your New Years resolution to take better care of yourself this year.

Now is the time to sign up for the NEW stretching and Body rolling class that I ( Michele Ruhmann) will be teaching at Revive Fitness, just across from Jersey Shore Myofascial Release Center .

This is a great class for everyone. Men, women, teens, seniors…..all are welcome. This is a great way to keep your body open and continue with your Myofascial stretching in between appointments. Please see the info below for more information.

Stretch + Body Rolling Class
Fridays at 4:30PM with Michele Ruhmann

Use therabands, straps and rings to stretch your entire body.
Body Rolling incorporates foam rollers and balls to stretch and enlongate muscles, dislodge tension, increase blood flow and promote healing.

This is an individualized (small group) movement class to be given by Michele Ruhmann of Jersey Shore Myofascial Release Center at Revive Fitness in downtown Toms River.  This class incorporates; flexibility, core strength, balance, proprioception, strengthening postures, breathing, Myofascial elongation techniques and self-unwinding on a mat and with props.  This approach is unique and encompasses your body as a whole with emphasis on personal goals. It will complement your Myofascial Release treatment very nicely.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE STRETCHING

Class fee: $20/class
Class times: 60 minutes  Sat 9 a.m

This class will be an adjunct to your Myofascial Release Treatment program by offering self treatment techniques for specific body parts using a 4” ball for sustained lengthening of the body’s connective tissue, which will dramatically improve your health and well-being.
