Jersey Shore Myofascial Release Center

presents:

Grace Lindsay and Dan Furst speaking on Akashic Records and Astrology

Akashic Records and astrology are converging as complementary tools for helping people gain in-sight into their life paths, and light the way toward empowering actions.  Grace Lindsay and Dan Furst are pioneers in this fusion of spiritual wisdom and modern science. They’ll be at the Center June 5 – 6 to talk about their work with Akashic Records and astrology, and to do private readings.

Grace Lindsay has been accessing the Akashic Records for nearly a decade for her own personal and spiritual development as well as for others.  Certified in the Pathway Prayer© Process with advanced teacher training in Akashic Record consulting, she has done Akashic Record readings from coast to coast and in Europe as well.  Widely acknowledged for her skill and compassion in bringing forth meaningful information from the Records, it is Grace’s joy and privilege to do Akashic Record consulting with others.

Grace does 30 minute consultations for $50 and one hour consultations for $100.

Dan Furst has been a professional astrologer for 33 years, and has been called “one of the best astrologers out there” by Rob Brezsny of Free Will Astrology. He has written his immensely popular Universal Festival Calendar since 1998 on his Hermes 3 website – http://www.hermes3.net — and is the author of the acclaimed book Dance of the Moon (Llewellyn, 2009). He’s an internationally-respected authority on rituals and spiritual practices around the world. He has worked as a writer, actor, teacher and ceremonial artist in New York, Hawaii, Japan, India and Egypt. He lives in the Sacred Valley near Cusco, Peru.

Dan does readings of astrocartography, (75 mins, $125), birth chart and transits (75 mins, $100), and tarot for $50 (30 mins) or $90 (1 hr).  Readings are recorded.

Epsom Salt Recovery Bath after Myofascial Release

Epsom Salt Recovery Bath and Myofascial Release

The Body’s Most Valuable Mineral

Magnesium is the second-most abundant element in human cells and the fourth-most important positively charged ion in the body, so it’s little wonder that this low-profile mineral is also vital to good health and wellbeing. Magnesium is a major component of Epsom salt and also helps to regulate the activity of more than 325 enzymes and performs a vital role in orchestrating many bodily functions, from muscle control and electrical impulses to energy production and the elimination of harmful toxins.  This is why after a treatment session at Jersey Shore Myofascial Release Center, we often recommend that our clients soak in an epsom salt bath at home.
Studies show that magnesium is an electrolyte which helps to ensure proper muscle, nerve and enzyme function and is critical for the proper use of calcium in cells. Another benefit is that it can help prevent heart disease and strokes by lowering blood pressure, protecting the elasticity of arteries, preventing blood clots, and reducing the risk of sudden heart attack deaths. Magnesium may also reduce inflammation and relieve pain, making it beneficial in the treatment of sore muscles, bronchial asthma, migraine headaches and fibromyalgia.
Although magnesium can be absorbed through the digestive tract, many foods, drugs and medical conditions can interfere with the effectiveness of this delivery method. Therefore, SOAKING in an Epsom salts is one of the most effective means of making the magnesium your body needs readily available.
Epsom salt also delivers SULFATES, which medical research indicates are needed for the formation of brain tissue, joint proteins and the mucin proteins that line the wall of the digestive tract. Studies show that sulfates also stimulate the pancreas to generate digestive enzymes and help to detoxify the body’s residue of medicines and environmental contaminants. Studies indicate that sulfates are difficult to absorb from food, but are readily absorbed through the skin.

So take a moment today to do something good for yourself.  Call Jersey Shore Myofascial Release Center today to book your next appointment to open up your body and free those restrictions and don’t forget to pick up some epsom salts on the way home for a relaxing, detoxifying bath.
